Of course you can simply drive to the venue - sufficient parking is available at the venue (Eventstadl Seiseralm, Reit 4, 83233 Bernau am Chiemsee).
Additionally, we offer a coach (shuttle bus) from Munich to the wedding venue. The bus will depart from the bus area at metro station Neuperlach Sued (U5, S5, bus) at **12:00 pm**.
With the bus departing from this widely accessible spot by public transport, this should give you easy access and keeps you flexible to stay wherever you deem best.

Disclaimer: Staying in Munich will be expensive during Oktoberfest (Sept 19th - Oct 4th, 2026) but allows quick access to the festivities in town.
Although, any hotel in Munich will be expensive during the Oktoberfest time, here are a couple of hotels within the vincinity of the shuttle bus departure location or near the venue for those with vehicles. We recommend to book rather sooner than later.

The closest accomodation to our wedding venue offers rooms just across the parking lot from our venue. They only allow 3 night stays or more or 1 night only (with an extra 50€ for early check-in at 12:00 - necessary since 15:00 check in is during the wedding!).

If you would like to avoid Munich during the high season, we would also suggest looking at hotels out of Munich, more near to the venue. This is ideal if you have your own mode of transportation.

*This is our recommendation, but of course you can look online. It is only a short drive and we might be able to organize a carpool with others coming by car. There are no limit on days, so you can book 2 days no problem!
